Point Isabel is a wonderful dog park in the east bay. The park’s 20 acres are on the waterfront and have sweeping views of San Francisco, Marin, and the Berkeley hills. There’s even a dog wash facility and cafe.
Hairy, beng a social dog, is as happy as can be when at the park. There’s always other pups to sniff and chase and do the things they do.
It’s very dry and dusty during the summer. Here’s some grass that manages to grow and stay green in the park.
The shoreline is protected by large chunks of rocks and concrete. Pieces of rebar and other metal objects poke in and out at various spots. This and the following shot are of two of the rusting pieces of metal.
