Here are two small clips that I shot with my Sony TRV30 video camera. They are both from a spot near Manchester State Park up along the Northern California coast.
There is a channel between the mainland and the rocky flats along the ocean. Water collects on the rocks then flows down into the channel. The flow of the water changes as waves enter and fill the channel and then release.
