  • Hairy Dog Waiting At The Cafe

    A trip to the Cafe for Hairy Dog. He doesn’t like espresso, cappuccino, latte, drip coffee, or tea. He waits for the crumbs dropped from all the scones, croissants, muffins, and other treats. Woof!

    Number 84 flies past during the 2005 NCNCA District Championships at Granite Beach in Folsom. Here’s a great example of the Gastrocnemius. It’s composed of two heads: the medial and the lateral. That’s what’s popping out on either side of the leg.
